Terms of Service

§ 1) Validity
The terms and conditions apply to all business relations between Chaltberger and its customers. When ordering, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. The mere inspection of our website is not binding and does not establish a legal relationship.

§ 2) offer
All prices are in the currency chosen by the customer incl. VAT. The listed prices, product illustrations and product descriptions are without guarantee. Delivery times, availability and errors excepted.

§ 3) Delivery times
Products which are in our stock are processed immediately after receipt of the order by us, other products are ordered from suppliers. The ordered products will be delivered in agreement with the customer. Delays due to unavailability to suppliers or missing information from the customer do not result in any claims of the customer.

§ 4) Shipping
The shipping costs are calculated according to the package weight and are shown accordingly in the ordering process.

§ 5) Payment
Payment for goods ordered from Chaltberger is made by prepayment.

§ 6) Warranty
The supplier commits to care and delivers the products in a good quality. The warranty period is one year.
Excluded from the warranty are defects and disruptions for which the supplier is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper treatment, interference by the customer or third parties, excessive demands, unsuitable operating resources or extreme environmental influences.

§ 7) Right of return
Products that have quality defects, send us back by prior arrangement within 14 days in unused, perfect condition and the original packaging at its own expense.

§ 8) Legal notice
Jurisdiction is 3054 Schüpfen. It is exclusively Swiss law.
